START-UP/HARDWARE
Pipstalk SA saw the light of day in November 2008, but the official start is April 1st 2009. The company starts its Forex program the day there are 1.000 paying members. The first 1.000 members get id numbers from 1-1.000 and after the initial 1,000 members, random 7 digits membership numbers are assigned. These first 1.000 members will be called-Funding-members. Eventually they will get a-Star and a stamp on their profiles that says they are a Funding member. The initial 1.000 are the first who showed confidence in the company, and as a result trading will start. PRODUCT
In order to make profit from the company’s Forex trading, you need to purchase a 250 Euro membership. It is actually 50 Euro in a one-time setup fee for your website (which you do not pay until you become a paying member), plus 1 Prestige Point. Such points cost 200 Euro and have a value of 200 Euro a year. In addition to provide what you expect to find in an online community, PiPsTalk also pay you dividends for being a member. You can buy as many Prestige Points you want, using one of the payment channels or your earned commission/proft.
PiPsTalk use all the money they get in to trade with their own formula in the Forex market. There are no guarantees that the company will succeed, but, historically, they have traded with great success and they are willing to pay you 5 Euro a week, 40 weeks a year, year after year for every 200 Euro you put in. The company has no requirements to you as a member in order to get paid anything. The only thing you need to do is sign up. There are NO weekly or monthly fees and there are no requirements what so ever, and that is really something that can create truly passive income.
PS! Important. You can never cancel your membership. There will always be ticking in money to your member account whether you like it or not. If you do not log in to PiPstalk account in one year, you will have money in the account for that one year trading. That means that you will always have your home page and Prestige Points. If you buy additional prestige points than the first included in the basic package, you will have the possibility to sell these points with a "guaranteed profit" after one year.
It will work as follows: You can tick the number of points you want to sell. An application is registered into a queue system, and each time a new member signs up the program will convert the Prestige points lined up to a base value of 250 Euro. When your points are sold, you keep 220 Euro while PiPsTalk take 30 Euro. That alone secures you a 10% profit (since you basically just paid 200 Euro for the point). In addition, you will of course have the commission made from the bonus system as well. Be aware: If you sell points you can’t buy new ones until 1 year later, so consider carefully before you sell.
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY - COMPENSATION PLAN
The company has chosen to promote their online community with mouth-to-mouth method, also known as network marketing. This is a method that is often confused with pyramid schemes. PiPsTalk is NOT a pyramid scheme. The characteristics of a pyramid game is first and foremost that there is no product and that the commissions generated comes from new members signing up that these funds are allocated upwards in the system.
The PiPsTalk product is an advertising-free online community with all the tools you need. The product will give you profit, without any requirements. In PiPsTalk you earn nothing to recruit new members, but you receive a residual bonus every time the members you have in your organization get their Prestige points. The more points you have in your organization, the higher your bonus will be. Theoretically; even if you join as the last person in the world, the company will still be able to give you profit. In fact, PiPsTalk is better than most network companies since you will get a residual income on a one-time purchase and it is hard to find something better than that.
Whether you have 10 members in your organization who have one point each, or if you have one member with 10 points doesn’t make a difference. You get paid for 10 points anyhow.
Note: You can sign up for free, build up a big down line and then pay. This can be useful if you don’t want to pay immediately, but you have many contacts/people you like to get signed up today. Later, when you have paid your membership, you switch focus to generating points in your organization.
The compensation plan in PiPsTalk is very simple and in line with the company philosophy - Keep It Simple (Stupid) KISS.
As a basic rule, you get 0.5 Euro for all Prestige Points in your whole organization. The organization / down line is built by a very basic unilevel structure. All you introduce to PiPsTalk will be on your 1. line. This is your first generation. When people on your first line introduces new members, then this new member, are on your 2.linje and this is called your second generation. When your second-generation introduce new members, these members are on your 3. line and this is your third generation. The table above shows that you get paid in 6. lines, i.e. for 6 generations. You have a great overview of this in your back office.
As you can see from the compensation plan above, there are a couple of extra bonuses as well. One is relatively easy to achieve and the other is very difficult to achieve.
1. If you get 5-basic packages on line 1, 25 basic packages on line 2 and 125-basis-packs on line 3 (no balance or sponsor requirements), the company will reward you with the title - TRIPLE 5 STAR - and you will hereafter get 5 Euro in commission for every point on line 3 - week after week - year after year.
2. If you can do the almost impossible - to have 5 times in 6 lines, the company will also reward you with 1 Euro for all points on line 6 - week after week - year after year.

YOUR GOAL
It’s supposed to be fun to have PiPsTalk as a business and you should set goals that you feel is achievable within a reasonable time. Below is a minimum standard I feel is reasonable in this business, and something we can promote and stand behind as a whole:
We (you and I) have a minimum target: You should have a minimum residual income of 640 Euro per week. 640 Euro per week 40 times a year is equivalent to 25,600 Euro per year (approximately 225 000 NOK) = on average 2.133 Euro a month (approx NOK 18,750). 2.133 Euro extra each month is a very addition to your regular income. Imagine the opportunities it provides; faster repayment of loans, an extra holiday, up-polishing, etc.
You and I will achieve this in 30 days. You MUST be willing to set aside some hours every day for 30 days. It is worth it.
So this is what we DO:
STEP 1:You will find 5 friends who you think deserves the profit and that you will like to work with. This should not take more than 7 days - 1 week. If you really are hungry to change your life, you will most likely find these 5 friends in the course of a day. Remember PiPsTalk is not advanced science - it is to offer people an online community that provides 100% profit a year - who don’t want such a product? It would clearly simplify your networking life, and later possibly ensure a financial situation beyond your wildest imagination. The goal is again: 5 on line 1, 25 on line 2 and 125 on line 3. A ONE TIME JOB for a minimum extra income of 25.600 Euro a year. Please also note: There are NO sponsor requirements or balance requirements to achieve these numbers, i.e.if a person on line 2 purchase 125 profiles (basic packages à 250 Euro), then you have achieved your 3rd line target.
PS! Note that we are only focusing on 2 lines, but you get bonus in 6 levels. Do not think about the 6 levels, as by following the plan and keep the single focus on the 2 lines, line (3) 4-5-6 will be built by themselves.
MORE examples
Let's take a quick look at the calculation above. Is it possible to become a millionaire with such a small organization?
5 + 25 + 125 = 640 Euro per week. I'm reasonably confident that you NEVER before have seen such an amazing residual, minimum bonus (commission) with a low quantity, one-time purchases like this.
What can we assume will happen? These people will think that it’s great to receive 5 Euro a week for one point and after a while when their confidence in PiPsTalk has grown, they will probably buy some more points. If they buy on average 4 extra points (one-time purchase is now 1050 Euro), you will now have a bonus of 128.000 Euro (1 million 125 thousand NOK) a year, without increasing the number of persons in your organization. A lot of people are dreaming about becoming a millionaire: well, the above is a short description on how to achieve exactly that.
For those who have much risk-capital
I will mention the following scenario: It is possible to buy a TRIPLE STAR 5 position. You have buy all the profiles yourself - 156 profiles – and the total cost is 39 000 Euro. After 26 weeks you have made 40.000 Euro (1000 Euro profit), and after that you will have a profit of about 60 000 Euro a year (paid in 40 installments a year).
You can introduce as many people as you like to PiPstalk, and if you like to introduce 100 which in turn will find 1000, that is entirely up to yourself and your organization. You can easily calculate your bonus as the number of members and points increase.
